Ian W. Scott
I am Associate Professor of New Testament Studies at Tyndale Seminary in Toronto, Canada. My PhD was earned from the department of Religious Studies at McMaster University in Hamilton, Canada. My research interests include early Jewish non-canonical writings (the so-called "Pseudepigrapha") and the letters of Paul. I am especially interested in issues of religious epistemology and how they were understood by early Jews and Christians. I am also a dilettante programmer and web-designer, and I maintain and edit a few academic web-publications including The Online Critical Pseudepigrapha and Witnesses of Hope: Pathways into the New Testament.
