I have found several sites claiming that a study shows that over 60% of South Africans said the country was better run under Apartheid - most notably, [The Guardian][1]. Also, the same site claims that 20% of the black populace responded that positively, yet as blacks make up over 90% of the total population, how is the final figure possible? The study was run as a series of 'Afrobarometer' polls. However, having looked at their [website][2], I am unable to find the poll. Are the claims that 60% of the country said the country was better run under Apartheid true? Also, was there such a poll?
