The following quote can currently be found on the English language Wikipedia page of Akira Yoshizawa. Unfortunately no source is give, so I did wonder if that is a real quote? I tried googling the quote, but nothing reliable turned up.

When you fold, the ritual and the act of creation is more important than the final result. When your hands are busy your heart is serene.

It was added in this edit by a user who mostly wrote articles about fish species. Their userpage says they know French but not Japanese. It doesn't appear in the Japanese article. I googled 吉澤章 together with 心 and こころ, and excerpts from the English quote together with 折, 心, and こころ, and found nothing.
