How many conspiracy theories are related to less globally-influential countries? If it's substantially fewer, could it be because they are not going to attract an audience?

It's as if the theorists only have the enthusiasm to scrutinise the countries which are perceived to have the power, in an attempt to reduce their credibility. In a similar way that hackers go after the big targets, due to the kudos it attracts.

Hello and welcome to Skeptics SE. The Q&A section of Skeptics SE is for examining notable claims. What you are asking is unfortunately not a notable claim. However, this is a great subject for the chat. And considering that you already have 20+ reputation points, do drop in and discuss the matter there. :-) – MichaelK Sep 19 '18 at 13:35
