Very often I come across weird and wonderful things, but today has really made the question. I have discovered a theory going around on the internet called Orgone Energy. This theory says that everything is surrounded by Orgone Energy which is a universal life force. Product have arisen from this supposed theory such as a "cloudbuster" a device intended to influence weather, supposedly by altering levels of "atmospheric orgone".

As I am a skeptic, I like to know what happens around me and this seems very flaky which I am not saying its not possible as I say "Nothing is impossible" but then I look at other perspective and say "but then....even impossibility is possible". (Yes I know it contradicts its self)

My questions are:

• Is there any ACTUAL evidence for this theory (I have done much research on this but cannot find this answer)

• This reference (http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20100308204727AAzC2WI) says (Quote) "why were all of his books burned by the FDA and why was he thrown in jail, where he later died"

I am surprised that this question hasn't been asked on this site so I am taking the liberty in being the first to ask. If there is any information you could provide on this question it would be greatly appreciated.

It has also been claimed that the discoverer, Wilhelm Reich, had all of his books were burned by the FDA and he died in jail. Is that true?
