I am a 3rd year Computer Sciences student majoring in software development @ Seneca College in Toronto, ON. I recently worked for Lanxess Inc. as a part time CPA and acted as lead developer on 2 projects while i there. I specialize in C# based application development with a primary focus on ASP.net MVC applications. I have lead the way for the Lanxess Sarnia site to bringing a more focused approach on development using MVC technologies and modernizing development workflows. I also have worked on a major project for Park Property Management in Markham, ON to make their tax reporting process drastically more efficient reducing their property and expenses preparation time from 2-3 weeks down to less than an hour. I also currently maintain the TagChimp Metadata .net nuget package and am currently working on a Transit based project to facilitate real time tracking API for Buses, LRT, and subways in several major population centers including New York, Toronto, Boston, Miami plus over 30 other cities

Are light-on-dark colour schemes for computer screens better for programmers? from my own experience using dark back grounds when staring at a computer screen for hours was less strenuous on my eyes and i get fewer headaches from staring at monitor for too long this is likely more to do with light emitted from the screen as opposed to the perceived em radiation giving off from a crt monitor as i get similar effects from either crt or lcd i would say the effects are based on light is plausible to conclude that using a dark background may help in this department whether that is percieved or or hard medical fact is irrelevant imo |

Did Asian countries top an IQ survey of 50 countries? i would be interested in any backing science on this although such science may have positive and negative effects even though this is a theoretically positive stereotype all stereotypes can potentially have negative effects as it has been a long standing stereotype if there is backing proof science to substantiate other than a small test group i would be thoroughly intrigued |

Does Van Eck Phreaking work? i thought this only worked with crt monitors because of the EM Signature giving off by the tubes cabling would give off much lower em fields and there fore harder to detect |
